Each of our boys learns in his own unique way. One thing I have noticed is that learning resources are expensive, this would give our boys education a huge boost in the years to come. :)

We are a small childcare center. Our primary goal is ensure every child has the opportunity for school readiness. This funding would be a huge blessing as we would be able to purchase new classroom supplies, books, curriculum items, etc without passing on the financial burden to our parents. 20% of our children fall at/below the poverty level. This funding would help us achieve that.
We are new to homeschooling, we have four children. At this point I am creating a curriculum of my own for my children; that span three different grade levels, with free tools I find online. $10,000 would allow us to be able to purchase manipulatives credible second language, and music curriculum, also books and supplies for our program. Just like other homeschool families we have to pay for all out own supplies. Please vote for us & help us get the curriculum items we really need. Share this for others to vote too. Thanks so much and God bless!
Motivating the Unmotivated Readers!
How can you say no to a great book if your room is filled with them? A classroom library assorted with areas to read and stuffed animals and special furniture just for the readers. Who wouldn't want to read? My passion is to find that just right book for each student. I would love to create the perfect atmosphere for them.
I a woman with a disability that allows me to be at home, however I find it important to teach my children at home while earning a degree to teach more children with disabilities. This winning could enable me to give my students more adequate teaching tools and materials and give me an edge to teaching my sons who struggle with reading to excel. Thanks and God bless:D
Hi! My name is Katie Saunders. I am a teacher in Greenville, SC. I teach a Primary Multiage class made up of 1st and 2nd graders. I love finding resources on Educents and would absolutely LOVE to have my wishlist funded. My wishlist is made up of items not only for myself and my co-teacher but also items that could be utilized by our school as a whole. Thanks so much!
If I win my pupils will benefit a lot since they come from a rural set up that need resource back up for their education materials. Our school was blown off by a storm maybe this may help them get back their torn and rained books or blown off roofs.
Please help me win this amazing opportunity to bring fun, adventure, and excitement into my classroom. From creating a school green house project, to providing access to digital readers, there are tons of opportunities for my students to cooperatively grow as a a learning community. Please vote once every day to help my class win. And please share with friends to help our votes grow. Thanks!

I have two special needs kids we adopted out of foster care. I homeschool with another mom who also has special needs children. Our children have multiple disabilities and two are terminal and had to be taken out of public school due to our schools being unable to accommodate the smallest of our children's needs. Winning these supplies can allow them to reach their fullest potential.
This is my first year homeschooling my 9, 6 and 3 year old. We are on a single family income and have nothing to start with, so this would help tremendously. I feel that God has led me to homeschool and I am passionate about having my children at home with me. I want to make it a wonderful experience for them. I would love to win this contest! God bless Educents for making this contest available.
I am a home school mama on a very tight budget. Since my husband had a stroke in June of last year everything as been very tight. My kids do attend a virtual school called connections academy. But on the side to help them I do my own homeschooling. There is still alot I need to make my homeschooling room a dream come true.
I homeschool two of my children ages 11 and 7. We moved to Honduras in 2007 and in 2011 began our homeschool journey. Having some funds to fill in the gaps we experience living abroad would be so wonderful! I would like to add things to our school to enhance their learning. Specifically for science, technology and hands on learning.
What a blessing it would be to have some of these resources in my classroom so that my students could enjoy and learn from them. There is never enough time or money to give the students everything they need and deserve but this would greatly help the process!
Jack is a bright and very active (almost) 5 year old. He is having some issues with ADD and sensory processing and so we have decided to homeschool him for Kinder. We did preschool at home and he has done an amazing job. We are a family of 5 and the cost of homeschool is a burden. I really hope this contest allows me to give him some of the tools that we need for his continued growth. God bless!
I am currently in my second year of teaching. I teach 8th grade Humanities in Rockaway, NY. I LOVE what I do and could not imagine myself doing anything else. My kids are my heart and soul. I have been teaching first grade for 6 years. I teach in a high poverty school. Many of my students have the opportunities that they do because of what I can provide them in the classroom. I would love to have even more options for them to read and manipulatives for them to explore in the classroom. We appreciate all of your help!
Vote for me because I LOVE providing exciting, fun, & cutting edge technologies for my music students! Instruments & technology are costly investments, I would love to have financial help so that I can purchase xylophones, glockenspiels, drums, recorders, iPads, SMARTResponse technology, & much more! Please vote for me so my students can have all opportunities to learn!
Help me change the mindsets of my students. Vote for my classroom to win supplies. I want to creat a math toolbox for every student at David Ellis Academy West. This toolkit will give each student manipulatives that set them up for success.
I work at a great high needs school that doesn't have the funding that we need for the courses that I teach. I want to give my students the best experience I can and this funding could help me do that. Vote for my students to have the best education they can! :)
Please vote for my classroom to win. My students are the most deserving group of children; they challenge me and themselves everyday and I am proud to stand before them as their teacher. If we win, we will use the funds to upgrade our classroom computer, purchase new books, folders, binders, pencils, and notebook paper to further our educational endeavors. Thanks in advance for your support!
Next year I am moving to being a Science/STEM teacher for 4th grade. We are trying to invoke creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. By having all of the resources necessary I think we can bring those aspects to life. I thank you in advance for your vote.
students with exceptionalities for PPS. I strive to make all my kids be the best that they can be, guiding them into their future. I would love to have a sink/br in my classroom so we can work on hygiene. A small kitchen area that we can cook our weekly recipes. Grow their own plants then place in our outdoor garden and use with our recipes. I want to expand their learning.
I am a parent council member with 3 children of school age. I would love to be able to add to their educational experience by contributing to their class rooms. Lets help teachers by providing some fun educational tools to their rooms :)
We have been homeschooling for three years now. This would be such a blessing to our family. We have a very limited budget and don't buy much when it comes to new fun things. So I know how much my children would love to have new fun things to explore. This year we will have three officially doing school. They love to give to others and will give before they ask for something for themselves.
I am homeschooling and raising my granddaughter. She is 4 doing kindergarten work. To win this would be a treasure as it would take care of much of curriculum needed into 1st grade. Thank you for the opportunity.
I'm a HS mom of 3 young kids & our school needs will be changing as they grow. We LOVE nature & play, Life of Fred, studying cultures/languages (Spanish, French & Chinese are all a focus). My first loves math, science & music, my 2nd loves to learn through art & my 3rd loves dirt! We'd like to incorporate technology, but are limited to what is offered at our public library. Thanks for voting!
I'd love to coordinate family learning events through my local homeschooling group, I've selected quantity items in such a way to share through the homeschool office. Please help us to win.

I am a teacher in a very small school (2 teachers in each level) and we are trying to make a difference in every child's life. Since we do not have art or music, I would love to be able to get these supplies so that we can use them in the classroom. I would also like to be able to add a few more math and literacy items to our toolbox.
Kindly help AL Fekr Khanah STEAM team getting all of those wonderful materials to keep our educational programs at acceptable fees. Why? We aim to help our kids take better education as they missed a lot of wonderful opportunities outside our education system.

I work in a PK-2 elementary school. Many of the students come from homes at the poverty level with little or no access to technology. I would like to provide my students with iPads and computers to assist in their learning and facilitate differentiation in their learning.
I have always been active in arts in education, I also homeschool my daughter and have done the same for relatives. For years I worked in different schools teaching arts in ed. I learned that bringing in things they could touch, see, grow, build, and studying various cultures creates interest. This funding would give me the resources to do this at home and in school programs in Statesville, NC.
I have been teaching for 21 years. I would love to give my classroom an update. Teaching is my life and brings me so much joy. Touching kids lives every day feels great. Please vote for me!! What a blessing this would be! Thank you for your support!
I run a Reggio-inspired early childhood development center in Park Ridge, New Jersey called The Valley School. I have always loved using a hands-on approach in the classroom, allowing for the children and teachers to experience things together and learn at the same time.
People should vote for me because I have a 3 and 5 yr old that are full of thought and imagination that I am afraid they would lose in the test happy public schools system. I cannot afford parochial school and I am doing my best to teach them at home.
As a member of the math department and the STEAM team, I am working on developing an engaging and meaningful math and STEAM classroom where students can explore, problem solve, and create. Please vote for this project so that we can fill our middle school with supplies designed to motivate learning through imaginative, authentic, and inventive hands-on activities!
MY CLASS IS A FAMILY! :D Teaching in a combined classroom for the first time; 2nd/3rd grade, has been a new challenge for me, but the hardest part is keeping students engaged in independent learning time while I work with other students. With lack of funding, I find myself spending more to make my classroom what I envisioned. My dream is to keep the fun flowing for those independent learners! :)
I am a single mom of three of the most amazing kids. I homeschool all three and enjoy teaching them everyday. I also run a business watching dogs. It's not always being a single parent, I can't get help from their father because he had past away years ago. But I do know he would be proud of our kids just as much as I am.
I'm a single, homeschooling mom to two fabulous girls, with very different needs. One has severe cognitive, speech and language delays due to Down Syndrome, one has some tough sensory issues. It would be amazing to have everything funded for our learning for the next few years. Thank you for voting!
I work with 8th graders in a school that has an extremely high percentage of students with free and reduced lunch in Buffalo, NY. I do not want to let these students fall through the cracks and just become another statistic. Please help me to make a difference in the lives of our children - our future. Thank you.
I am a homeschool mom with four GREAT kids! I want them to be able to learn all that they can and really succeed in life doing something they love! Looking forward to another great school year with my civic leaders as they make academic & social-emotional growth! Your vote is greatly appreciated :)
We homeschool and I have four kids from teenager to toddler. With my wishlist I could be set till the last one is done and ready for real world. The school system failed us with my youngest son who is a little special needs. I have found my kids strengths and weaknesses since we started. Thanks for your vote.
Teachers need to get students excited about learning again, and re- interested in learning. Having a classroom filled with new products that incorporate learning, and gets the students involved in their own learning will help achieve this process.
We work with AMAZING students with autism who are super heroes in our classroom every day! These tools will help our super heroes grow and learn about their world through their senses. It will also help these students learn how to adapt and find some sense in their daily environment. Materials will be shared with 4 classrooms serving students ages Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Please help us win our wishlist to provide our students with these fun, educational activities!
I teach Science to middle school students with no Science budget from the school. All of my materials in my classroom are either funded by fundraisers that I do or the small donations I get from a few parents with kind hearts who also love Science. So vote for me because I or really my students can use the materials to learn more Science, and I have a cool Star Wars selfie picture.
I work in the classroom at Children's Hospital of Illinois. We tutor hospitalized children and provide school supplies & new books to our kiddos. We are a non-profit so we don't charge students or schools. We provide supplemental activities to school work received to provide fun for students while they are hospitalized. We would appreciate your help in providing opportunities for our students!
Would love to have these Items for my girls. We do the child led homeschooling. We don't push our girls to learn and we are limited to some things. The girls are learning so much better now. Please vote for us. My girls both have special needs and both parents have health issues. But we love to have them home to teach them and they rather be home.
My school is a high poverty school with 95% of the students on free and reduced lunches. Parents can't afford supplies, therefore I buy them. This leaves me little money for curriculum. Please support our students.
Our school is a non-profit school for low income students. Our students struggle in big classroom so most of them attends our school as part of a government funded program. They don't have much at home especially the younger ones. My wishlist will enable me to teach them different things without breaking the bank or charging the parents extra. Thanks for helping!
I am a special education teacher for grades K-3. We have a tight budget so there is not a lot of room to buy items for my classroom. I would love to have something good and positive to happen this year for myself and my students.
Hi! As a long time First Grade teacher, I could really use a face lift for my classroom! I'm switching schools next year and would love to start the school year with some fresh supplies for my Firsties. Please take a moment and vote!
Our kids are very interested in music. Our daughter is interested in starting a singing career and is working hard toward that goal! She is also interested in learning to play a few instruments to enhance her performances.
Homeschooling 3 kids for 2 year now, kids are 11,9,7 if we were to receive a wonderful opportunity such as this we will pass along items we are finished with.
With 3 different ages it can sometimes be a challenge to keep them interested in the core subjects but I do what I can. My list has things that will benefit our children and update resorses and organize or space.
Thank you for the vote!
Hi! We are a homeschooling family. We are almost done with our second year of homeschooling and we love it! Educents has so many amazing products that we can use in our classroom. Our current goals are to expand our library and focus on art and music. There are so many fun activities and resources that we can add to our homeschool. I have been teaching live online science and math classes to middle and high school homeschool and school students for five years and I absolutely LOVE it! I am looking to get a much-needed new computer to keep up with the changing technology and to purchase software to improve my live classes and curriculum for my online students. I'd be much obliged for the assistance and so would my students!
We are a close homeschooling family who lives in Gaspe trying to build our own self sustaining home and garden with no help. We are adding a classroom to our home this year and this would really help to add to the room . It would be wonderful to have so many new items to add to a new room.

I absolutely see the need and positive impact creative learning spaces have on our student's learning and achievement. I’ve removed the teacher desk, creating spaces led by student choice and involving the students in the design process- taking the time to actually ask students how they learn best. I would love opportunity to purchase quality products.
Please help us achieve our DREAM classroom. Most of this is curriculum and it would be a life changer for us as it would provide SOOO many resources to us that are simply not in the budget.
Please vote!!! Thank you! :D
New to Homeschooling and I would love to set up a very nice classroom for my girls. They are 8, 6 and 3. Decided to homeschool due to my 3 year old having seizures (epilepsy). I want to try to provide her with as much normalcy that I can. I would love to be able to get the supplies and set up a classroom for the 3 of them. I want to be able to get the best curriculums for them.
I want the best for kids. I want them to grow up to be mature, responsible, informed adults who can and will change the world. The items on this list are a start to helping me to be able to help them do that.
I am counting on YOU. Help me so I can teach them.
