About Sherry Clements
I am a kindergarten teacher with 22 years of teaching experience! I received my Doctor of Education degree in Teacher Leadership from Walden University in June 2010. The title of my doctoral study is "Writing Conferences in Kindergarten: Using Feedback to Enhance Student Writing." My passion is teaching writing to my students and providing feedback for their writing experiences. I love teaching kindergarten. It is amazing to see students enter the classroom not even knowing how to hold a pencil and watching them become readers and writers by the end of the year. I love teaching

Great for Dino lovers

Once I show the book to my son, he wanted to try to read it. Then we went through the number pages as well. I am sure he will enjoy the math in it as well.

Good resource
Jun 10, 2016

This is a good resource for a variety of reasons -

It includes 36 pages (so a good amount) of
WORD problems - I want my kids to be comfortable with word problems
Each problem requires the answer to be shown in a variety of ways
Allows for differentiation
Can use whenever, and coordinate with seasons and/or holidays

A very cute winter resource
Jun 09, 2016

This is a very cute winter resource.

Sometimes resources says there is a theme, but then when you look closer, the theme isn't throughout the entire packet. This one is. The word problems are about ice skating, sledding, mittens, penguins, snowmen, hats, snowflakes, scarves, snowballs, and polar bears.

I like the requirement of multiple responses for each question.

As a bonus, this is offered at a very nice price.
