After teaching for fifteen years, I retired from my tenure to move with my family due to my husband's job relocation. While home, I continued to develop my skills as an educator, as well as volunteering in my son's school on a weekly basis, and writing and self-publishing my first children's book titled, Loose Tooth Trouble.

I didn't want to see all the activities, lessons, units, projects, tests, etc. that I had created over the years go waste is a file cabinet graveyard, so I decided to share them with teachers all over the world.

Now I travel around my state visiting schools and students to share my book, and a presentation I titled, Let Loose Your Words, Writing Inspiration for Everyone.
