We love this journal and it is used almost daily. My 6 year old loves the scavenger hunt page. Great Buy!!!

My kids love everything science and nature and this journal makes planning hands on science and nature inspired activities super easy! Love the PDF format easy to print and punch holes in for the kid’s nature journal binders. This journal has tons of fun outside the box ideas for the kids to explore in their backyard, hikes, zoo, aquarium, farm visits, museums, and beach time! Great for kids with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning issues and especially engages boys! This journal gets those reluctant boys wanting to draw, color, even photograph while they explore the world around them! All around great purchase for our homeschool!!!

    A great book

I have been trying to work out how we can be nature journaling, and though we have the greatest intentions, the follow through always seems to fall flat. We have been enjoying The Thinking Tree's dyslexia games books with my dyslexic child who struggles with writing things down. I was hoping this would be a similar style and it did not disappoint. My four kids all love to have guidance in their nature journaling and are loving the gentle approach to science that encourages them to be actively learning. I am debating on printing another copy for myself so I can be spending quiet time in nature along with them.

    We are finally Nature Journaling!

My children love all things outdoors. They also detest writing things down! With this journal, they are encouraged to be creative and put their observations down in a fun, engaging way. So much better than the usual paper & pencil "I don't know what to write about" drudgery! Animals always spark their imagination. With 8 children, having the pdf is so worth it! Thank you for having this available!

    Love it!

My daughter loves all things science and nature. Sometimes she struggles to come up ideas for what to do for a nature study so the guidance in this book is perfect. It's just enough to give her a starting point but without stifling her creativity or taking away from the beauty of child led learning. We love all of our Funschooling books and this one is just a fantastic addition to our growing collection.
