The long-awaited revival of one of the most popular American TV Shows is released on Netflix this week. No spoilers in this post - you can find that elsewhere. However, if you haven't watched it, be prepared for everyone to be talking about it on Monday morning.
Multiple Children Killed in Tennessee School Bus Crash
Hundreds of parents faced their worst nightmare on Tuesday when a school bus crashed on its afternoon route home. The bus slammed into a tree and split apart Monday, killing at least six children in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Parents waited hours in a nearby hospital to discover whether their children survived the crash. The crash has revived the debate whether school buses should have seatbelts. Number of Homeschooled Kids Doubles in 13 Years
Approximately 1.8 million U.S. children were home-schooled in 2012, more than double the number that were home-schooled in 1999. The majority of parents from the survey gave three main reasons for homeschooling:

Original Gerber Baby, Ann Cook, Turns 90
The original Gerber baby turned 90 this week. Cook was about 4 months old in 1927 when her image was sketched in charcoal by a family friend. The drawing was submitted to Gerber a year later when Gerber put out a call for images to be used in its new baby food advertisements. Cook's picture became the company's official trademark in 1931.
