Educents is delighted to offer flat rate shipping for customers in the Continental United States. Your first item costs $5.99 to ship. For every additional item you add to your cart, we will tack on $1.99.
At this time, Educents offers limited options to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or International destinations. Please read deal and product descriptions carefully, and we apologize for any deal that cannot ship to your location. We have been working with our Sellers to offer more options.

If you received a Gift Card Redemption Code you can redeem it by contacting [email protected] Simply give them the code and the amount it is valued at and they will verify the details and add it to your account.

What is your refund policy?
After you purchase the product or voucher, we encourage you to deal directly with the Seller. However, we're so confident in the Sellers we partner with and the deals we feature that we back them with our Educents guarantee.
We always want you to have a spectacular experience using our website that we promise to honor refund requests within 7 days if you are disappointed with the quality of the item.
Items on the site are in most cases, final sale. Although, we want you to be happy with the selections you made on Educents, so please contact us with any questions or concerns. We may allow the return of unused physical goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with the packaging intact and all accessories included. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Making an Educents purchase:
How do I buy?
If you see something you want or need, click the ‘Buy’ button and it will immediately be added to your shopping cart. If this is your first time purchasing, you’ll be asked to create a free account and enter your basic information such as credit card and billing addresses (as well as shipping information if it is a physical product). Once you click “Submit,” your credit card will be charged. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an email with your confirmation or voucher code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Absolutely. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and have put in place proper precautions and software to protect your information.
What are Edubucks?
Edubucks are credits that are redeemable on Educents.com. To redeem your Edubucks, go to the bottom of the checkout page. Type in the amount of credit you would like to use toward your purchase. Or, click the checkbox to apply the maximum amount of credits toward your purchase.
When can I use my voucher?
Once you make a purchase, you will immediately receive an email with your voucher code and further information about how to redeem it. The voucher will have a start date and expiration date printed on it. For most vouchers, you will be able to use it immediately on the Seller's website.
When will the product be shipped?
Your product will be shipped within 2-7 business after your purchase unless otherwise stated in the deal or product. Before completing your purchase, check the deal or product description to see if a Seller requires a longer shipment time, or if the deal is a monthly subscription.
Are Educents vouchers transferable?
No. If you purchase a daily deal yourself, you must also redeem it yourself. However, you can buy a voucher or product for a friend by using the “Buy as Gift” button on the order page.
Can I purchase an expired deal?
Unfortunately, no. Our deals are so spectacular that they can only be offered for a limited time. Make sure you purchase during the allotted timeframe, and don’t forget to sign up to receive weekly updates on our newest deals!
I just purchased a Downloadable product, where is my download?
Once a downloadable product is purchased, you will receive an email containing your downloads link or download instructions.
Why can't I reset my password?
Enter your email address HERE. If your email address is not valid, please try all potential emails (because we all have few!) If you continue to have problems logging in, contact [email protected] and they will reset your password for you.
