Where is my order?
You can find all your Educents orders in your account. You can print out dates, products, and amount paid from here.

When can I expect my package to arrive?
All of your shipped products can be found in your Educents account. To get tracking information, click on View Order. Keep in mind that Educents is a marketplace, so if you've ordered multiple products, they may come in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.

I ordered a downloadable (printable) product. Where can I find it?
You can find all your downloadable products under the My Downloadable Products section of your account.

When will my product be shipped?
Your product will be shipped within 2-7 business days after your purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Where do you ship?
Shipping prices and destinations are determined by the individual sellers on our site.  Please refer to the product pages to find out more information about shipping.

Do you share customer information with other companies?
We never give away personal information to third parties. We only take your contact information so that we can provide you with information about the products you have ordered on our site.

What payment methods do you accept?
