Gross Motor Skills
Assisting your child's motor development from a young age is essential to their growth. Children need to develop gross motor skills for movement and spacial awareness. Our resources will help your child with gross motor skills like walking, running, walking up stairs, riding a bike, and more. Like fine motor skills, children learn gross motor skills from infancy. Babies begin by controlling their head movement, then their torso, and finally they will learn to crawl, walk, and run. Gross motor skills involve movement of the entire body and muscular development.
