    Reading, too?

My children absolutely love Fred. Aside from All About Spelling, it is their favorite "subject." We laugh while we read it together. Fred is known for their math books, but the readers are just as great!

My seven year old said, "These are dumb." Then I caught him after dark in the family room reading the stack of them. We loved the math books so much that I knew the early readers would draw my kids in , as well. Anything to get them reading and loving it!

These are fun readers for kids. They have interesting stories and keep the children engaged while learning to read. They are really silly books that we do not get tired of reading.

I got the first set of readers to go along with the life of Fred math series. The stories are funny and enjoyable. My 9,7, 3 and one year old all like to hear the stories. We use them for fun reading.

I have a 6 and 3 year old that we are homeschooling. I was curious about the Life of Fred Beginning Readers since I have heard so many wonderful things about the Life of Fred Math from other homeschooling families. We've been teaching my 6 year old to read and I was looking for some readers that would actually engage her. Life of Fred Beginning Readers fit the bill. We started with me reading them and once they became familiar with Fred and Kingie and saw how silly the books were, both children were hooked. My oldest is reading the books on her own and my 3 year old even tries to read them. These are such wonderful books that I am tempted to order the last set (we have both 1 and 2). Worth every penny to see the delight my kids have in reading these books!
