Time for some fall fun at the pocket chart! Your kindergarten and first grade students will enjoy using sight words and fall-themed words to build autumn sentences.

Your students' control of sight words and their sentence sense will grow as they manipulate the cards to construct the sentences on the 25 sentence strips. The cards are color-coded to provide extra support: first words in sentences are green and punctuation is red. The word cards and sentence cards provide varying levels of support, e.g. some have pictures, some color words are color-coded.

You can easily extend the learning with a response page for writing: students will write and illustrate their favorite fall sentence from this set.
