My Behavior Calendars are the perfect tool to help keep parents informed of their child's behavior on a daily basis. Editable Behavior Calendars for the Entire Year by Nita Marie.
At the beginning of each month, I have each student put their calendar in their homework folder. At the end of the day, if the student has broken a rule, I mark the number of the rule they broke in the space for that day. If they haven’t I stamp that space with my “happy face” stamp. When a student gets 10 good stamps, they get to choose out of my classroom treasure box.On the calendar, I have the dates set up for 2015. However, when the new year begins, you can edit the dates and years on the calendar to reflect the new year.I put their calendars in a durable pocket folder. Each day I mark the number of the rule they broke and I also list any missing homework for the date. Each month in the calendar has a different seasonal or holiday theme.
Who's it For?
Teachers and Students in Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, and even beyond. Teachers that need to send a behavior report home on a daily basis.
Each month is included using seasonal or holiday themes for that particular month. For instance, February’s calendar was created with the Valentine’s theme.
The dates and year on each calendar is editable. In order to make these calendars editable and satisfy the copyrights of those providing the clipart, I set up the background in a graphics arts program and converted each month into a jpeg image. Then I created text boxes for each date and the year on each calendar.
I have entered the dates to go with the year 2016-17 school year. However, with the textboxes you can use this file in upcoming years. Since these are text boxes, you may change the font type and size of the dates to suit your needs, OR you can delete the boxes all together if you wish.
