Product Description

Alphabet Hide and Seek A-Z (set 2) with Counting the Letters 0-5 The purpose of this set is for letter recognition A-Z and counting sets 0-5. This alphabet set includes two pages for each letter of the alphabet A-Z. For the first page provided for each letter, students are given directions to find the letters A-Z (one for each page) and to color it a particular color. Students can also trace the letters instead of coloring if you prefer. Students are to make it a game of “hide and seek” as they look to find (tag) each letter of the alphabet on each page. The letters on each page are randomly place for finding and coloring. For the second page for each letter, students are given directions to color the letters, count the sets of letters, and cut and glue the correct number to match the sets. ******************************************************************************************************************************** Click on my NAME in green above and then click on the HEART beside my photo to FOLLOW my store! or CLICK HERE ********************************************************************************************************************************

  • Alphabet Hide and Seek A-Z (set 2) with Counting the Letters 0-5

The purpose of this set is for letter recognition A-Z and counting sets 0-5.

To add more skills and to include different levels of activities, students can flip to the back side of their paper and write a row of each letter learned. Higher level students could write words beginning with each letter of the alphabet on the back of their paper or even write a sentence for words beginning with each letter.

I hope your students enjoy this game of hide and seek as they learn to recognize each letter of the alphabet and as they learn to count sets 0-5.

I am a kindergarten teacher with 22 years of teaching experience! I received my Doctor of Education degree in Teacher Leadership from Walden University in June 2010. The title of my doctoral study is "Writing Conferences in Kindergarten: Using Feedback to Enhance Student Writing." My passion is teaching writing to my students and providing feedback for their writing experiences. I love teaching kindergarten. It is amazing to see students enter the classroom not even knowing how to hold a pencil and watching them become readers and writers by the end of the year. I love teaching in small groups and rotating student groups with literacy centers and math centers.
