Valentine's Day Color by Number (fifth grade) Color by Decimals, Fractions, etc.
Product Description
Valentine's Day Color by Number is a packet of 12 different worksheets where students can use their skills in mathematics to create a series of colorful Valentine's Day pictures. Each worksheet is aligned with the Common Core standards for fifth grade mathematics to make it easier for you to incorporate these worksheets into your curriculum.

Students should solve the math problems found in each individual shape on each worksheet. As a student completes a problem he or she can color in the shape based on the color key found underneath each picture. When all of the shapes have been colored in, the picture will be revealed.

You can use these in your class as enrichment, Friday fun, homework, work for early finishers or as part of your daily math lesson.

Common Core Standards covered:
5.NBT.1 - Numbers and Operations in Base Ten
5.NBT.4
5.NBT.7
5.NF.1

Skills reviewed:
Adding Decimals
Multiplying Decimals
Rounding to the nearest tenth and hundredth
Equivalent Fractions

Answer sheets are provided for each worksheet.

All graphics are original and created by myself.

About the Seller
1 Review

I homeschooled my own children for seven years which was one of the most rewarding things I have done. I also taught at both the elementary and high school levels. I also taught English as a Second Language for several years at schools in France, Hungary, and Slovakia.

I like to engage students and find creative ways for students to have fun while they are learning. I definitely encourage students to use their creativity and dare to be wrong and try new things in their pursuit of knowledge.
