Product Description

This 62 page Recycling from A-Z interactive reader resource has been designed for guided science reading to help students learn about recyclable things and also to prompt discussion.

This Recycling from A-Z interactive reader has been designed for guided science reading to help students learn about some recyclable things and also to prompt discussion. Each letter of the alphabet has a page sharing one recyclable item (in pictures and words) that begins with that letter. It also provides a place for students to add additional recyclables for each letter.

There is a second set of pages with words but the illustrations are missing. You may prefer to use this set and instruct students to illustrate their book when they finish their work early.

There is also one blank template if you choose to have students create their own book. You might want to assign letters and make a class book.

The book size is half page. You will find two identical pages on each sheet of paper. Just copy, cut in half, stack and staple.

A list of additional items that could be recycled for each letter is also provided along with ideas for additional activities.
