Manners and Song Posters for Preschool

3 Little Pigs Activities is a collection of themed math and language activities. Just print out the pages on cardstock and laminate to make enjoyable educational game boards to play with your preschoolers. I am a firm believer that preschoolers need interactive play materials, not "worksheets" in order to develop their readiness skills. The best interaction they can have is with a caring adult who will extend their play and expand their communication skills.

Included in this grouping of 3 Little Pigs - Preschool Activities are 25 pages of fun interactive activities:

Play Mats: 2 different set of houses for use with play dough, retelling the story, or 3D play houses
Character/Setting cards: great for memory, matching, vocabulary, as well as play figures for the 3D houses.
My Count to Ten Booklet: add to each page with cut and glue numerals
Patterning : ABAB patterns to extend with cut and glue pictures
Trace the Line: fine motor practice
Counting to 10 Flip Book: numerals, dice faces, number words

Nursery Rhyme Games is a collection of themed counting and phonemic activities.

Included in this grouping of Nursery Rhyme Games are 30 pages of fun interactive activities:

Count Around the Room - Transportation is an interactive, fun activity, differentiated for three to six year olds. Students count types of colorful transportation in arrays from 1 through 10 and then write the appropriate numeral on differentiated recording sheets.

***I've included three alternative sets of the lower half of each poster labeled B, C, and D. Change the bottom half of the posters for four different versions of the activity. Great for review or as a convenient activity for a substitute teacher in your classroom.

Manners and Song Posters - Preschool is a set of 15 developmentally appropriate posters to focus discussions for behavior expectations for young learners in Pre-K and kindergarten classrooms. The posters can be hung in the room, bound into a book for the classroom library, or printed at a reduced size and placed on a convenient book ring. Great for discussions at the start of the year, when new students enroll in the class, or review after breaks throughout the school term.

Included in the set are four song posters for circle, snack, and clean up times. Substitute teachers and volunteers appreciate having these as a reference in the classroom.

About the Seller

An experienced teacher of 30+ years, I'm pleased to be here among so many talented teacherpreneurs.
For the past 12 years I have taught 3 to 5 year-olds in a Developmental Preschool classroom in an IL public school. Previously I taught general education students in grades 2, 4, 6, and 8. I've also taught students in special education classrooms (self-contained and resource) in grades K-3; 6-8; and high school.

For me, learning is all about making connections to our everyday lives. For the little ones, everything we do has a connection because the world of reading, writing, counting, computing is unfolding each and every day. For the older kids, my favorite question to answer was, "What's this got to do with my life?"

I'm a big picture sort of person by nature, but being a special education teacher has allowed me to hone my skills of task analysis. Enticing kids into stories and activities is my goal - make it fun and include movement! My job as a teacher of little ones with developmental delays permits me to be creative every day.
