Monkey Madness Multiplication Packet by Nita Marie's Classroom Creations. I started off to make the multiplication flash cards for the new design I created ... with the red corners and the blue bubbly frames. These are flashcards for multiplications facts 0x0 through 12 x12. I still included 3 BAM cards as well as the directions for playing the BAM game with the multiplication flash cards. However, in order to make this more “center” friendly, I added several things. I added a multiplication memory game with the monkey theme. I got a little carried away with it and made 50 sets of cards to match. So, if you make a center activity out of it, the cards can be separated into several smaller centers. I created a record sheet for the multiplication match up game as well. I also added a multiplication chart and a few multiplication practice sheets that are aligned with the Common Core Standards. Since we don’t really start multiplication until late into the second grade year, I felt that the second graders needed a little foundation. So in alignment with the Common Core Standards, I created a similar Array Match Up Game. For the Array game, I have 18 sets of matching cards. I created a record sheet and practice sheets for the Array game as well. I created my cards to be colorful and attractive to the young children. In addition to being a great way to practice Math facts, these cards would work well in your Math center, or as whole group practice.
