As a preschool speech therapist I find that "Following Directions with Negatives" is a skill which always seems to pop up in standardized testing, and yet I have struggled with a fun way to incorporate it into my sessions.
This activity has been perfect for targeting this elusive skill! It works nicely with a Frog theme but can be easily incorporated any time you have a few extra minutes.
I've been laminating the colored pages, punching a hole in the corner, and connecting with a ring. The black and white pages have been perfect for sending home with my students for extra practice! I like to print these 2 to a page (landscape) then cut and staple to make a small book.
I hope you and your students find this as helpful as we have!
