2nd and 3rd Grade Students, Homeschooling parents and students, Student that are beginning to learn about or that need practice on elapsed time.
An elapsed time booklet is an interactive booklet that provides step by step instruction for students to figure out elapsed time. After figuring out the time the students then find the matching clock and glue it to the booklet.
A Mix and Match Activity In this activity, students are each given a card. Some of the cards have an elapsed time problem, the others have the clocks which answer the problems. The students walk around and discuss with other students until they find the student with the matching clock. My students LOVE this game. The matching cards can also be used as a center activity for individual practice.
