Students will identify themselves with their Chinese Zodiac symbol based on their year of birth. Then, they will complete the following activities: -Chinese Zodiac Reading Passage -Writing Prompt (Year of the _________, writing response about the accuracies & inaccuracies of the associated personality traits) -Word Sort: Students will sort various traits as strengths & weaknesses and generate synonyms and antonyms for each trait -Word Wall Words -Zodiac Animal cards (Each animal is represented on a card along with personality traits and corresponding years)
