These posters are ideal for your students to look at in Literacy Centers and use while they are reading and writing. It's a good way for them to follow the guidelines in the posters, giving you more time to work in small groups without being interrupted with questions.
Once your students learn the summarization and retelling skills, these posters will be great reminders on what to do when they summarize and retell either by themselves, with partners or in groups. Print them in card board, laminate for durability and protection and use them in Literacy Centers.

I've been a bilingual teacher for almost 20 years. After having a successful business career, I went back to school and studied to be a teacher. I have been in three different districts in the State of Texas, spending my last six years with Fort Bend ISD, Sugar Land, TX. I decided to start this store because I feel there are not enough materials out there for the bilingual, dual, spanish teacher. I know so because I had to translate, design and make my own to use in my classroom. I have been married to Don for 30 years and live in Katy, Texas, with my two Yorkies, Milo and Winston.
