This science reference chart with real photographs will build your students familiarity with these animal classes: mammals, birds, fish, insects, reptiles, and amphibians. Print and display as a reference chart, or print two, cut one apart, and use as a matching activity!
Product Description

Supplement your science teaching about animal classification with this free two-page full color chart. It features beautiful photographs of animals from these classes: mammals, birds, fish, insects, reptiles, and amphibians. The background is color-coded to a key at the top of the chart, so your students will also be practicing using a key. Print and attach to the inside of a file folder for reference in centers or mount both pages on 12X18 posterboard for a wall poster. Try printing two, cutting one apart, and using as a matching activity!

This chart is part of Animal Classes ~ A Literacy/Science Cross-Curricular Unit, a collection of 14 animal-themed literacy activities.
