This fun subtraction pack for fall focuses on subtracting from 10 and 20 with a total of 42 pages. In this pack, 20 of the pages include a number line (0-20) at the top of each page to provide for differentiation to assist students with solving each equation. The first 6 of these pages include subtraction problems from 10 and the other 14 pages include subtraction problems from 20.
There are two pages of acorn manipulatives (20 per page) included to help students solve the problems if needed.
***The last set of 20 pages are identical to the first 20 pages WITHOUT a number line. The problems in this second set are identical to the problems in the first 20 pages. The only difference is that this last set does NOT include a number line at the top to provide for differentiation.
Each page includes 12 subtraction problems for students to solve. Each page also includes 16 answers at the bottom for students to cut and paste the correct answer for each problem. Four of the answers at the bottom of each page are not correct answers for any of the problems on each page. These will simply be thrown away after students find the correct answers.
If students do not have enough time to cut and paste the answers, the answers can simply be written in the box at the end of each problem.
I hope your students enjoy solving these fun acorn subtraction problems.

I am a kindergarten teacher with 22 years of teaching experience! I received my Doctor of Education degree in Teacher Leadership from Walden University in June 2010. The title of my doctoral study is "Writing Conferences in Kindergarten: Using Feedback to Enhance Student Writing." My passion is teaching writing to my students and providing feedback for their writing experiences. I love teaching kindergarten. It is amazing to see students enter the classroom not even knowing how to hold a pencil and watching them become readers and writers by the end of the year. I love teaching in small groups and rotating student groups with literacy centers and math centers.
